TV becoming unwatchable

We have two 360 boxes, one is becoming unwatchable due to picture pixilation affecting almost all channels. I have rebooted the box so many times now, unplugged the box, plugged back in and nothing seems to work. Any other suggestions please?

  • If it's only one 360 box you are having problems with trying swapping the boxes around to see if the problem follows the box or due to the location. If it's a location issue it would need an engineer to sort your cables out or adjust your signal levels.

    If the problem follows the box then it looks like the box is faulty, my guess is it's the location.

      What exactly do you mean by "tried the swap same problem"?

      Do you mean that the same box had the same problem in the new location? In which case there's a box fault

      Or do you mean that the alternative box had the same problem in the existing location, but the problematic box was OK in the new location? In which case the internal wiring is likely the problem.
