I got to this page using a link Virgin gave me about suggesting updated to 360 firmware.
Could the font style and size be adaptable from large to small as I need subtitles but they are huge on a 50 inch screen. My eyes are good. My ears not so good.

I'm afraid the subtitle font size isn't adaptable on live TV, however some of the apps allow yuo to fine tune the font size and background.
I don't need the subtitles fortunately and have to agree they are too large.
I seem to remember someone from virgin saying they met the requirements required. The question here is are everyone else's subtitles too small and don't meet requirements or because they can be adjusted on some of the apps thats OK and Virgin need to make them adjustable to suit the user.
