TV 360 faults including Prime TV

Just over a week ago on my Humax TV 360 box I noticed that all the channel logos in the guide had disappeared and it was just text now. I have a secondary box (old Arris DCX960 running TV 360 s/w) and that is fine. Just in case it was something to with the broadband or internal house network connection I switched the boxes over but the Humax still was the same. The other night I wanted to watch something on Prime on the Humax box and both on channel 205 and the app on the box it fails but not with any specific error. I know its not my network or Prime account as the TV that the Humax connects to can watch Prime through its built in app, the Arris DCX960 can watch Prime on both the channel and the app and all mobile devices can watch Prime too. It looks to me like my Humax TV 360 box has gone faulty as all kinds of power resets or differing network connections (the Ethernet in my house has never worked on the Humax box properly as it is always cutting out which doesn't happen on the Arris DCX960) has not changed the faults. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    Prime is a streaming app, the channel placeholder is just a red-button shortcut.

    Do other streaming apps and/or OnDemand, work on the box in question?

    Sorry to hear you're having issues streaming prime on one of your set top boxes. As per japitts, are you having issues with the other apps on the box at all?

      Apologies but despite me setting that I wanted to made aware of replies that didn't happen. 

      Anyway in answer to both your questions yes every other app I tried (about 6 others) all worked but Prime still gives an error of CS2400. Besides the other issue of the logos disappearing I have several more errors now.

      When we hit the Home button sometimes we get the menu optiosn but before we can scroll along they disappear briefly and the lower right hand corner mini TV picture appears for a few seconds and then we get an all languages "Please Wait" screen for about 30 seconds. It then returns to the normal TV. Also we had problems watching recorded programs from the multiroom box we have but could watch things recorded locally on the 360 box. However we are now struggling to even watch some recorded programs that we recorded on the 360 box as they give a CS2200 error.

      I think the 360 box is faulty so I need someone off here who works for VM to organise a replacement.
