TV 360 faults including Prime TV
Just over a week ago on my Humax TV 360 box I noticed that all the channel logos in the guide had disappeared and it was just text now. I have a secondary box (old Arris DCX960 running TV 360 s/w) and that is fine. Just in case it was something to with the broadband or internal house network connection I switched the boxes over but the Humax still was the same. The other night I wanted to watch something on Prime on the Humax box and both on channel 205 and the app on the box it fails but not with any specific error. I know its not my network or Prime account as the TV that the Humax connects to can watch Prime through its built in app, the Arris DCX960 can watch Prime on both the channel and the app and all mobile devices can watch Prime too. It looks to me like my Humax TV 360 box has gone faulty as all kinds of power resets or differing network connections (the Ethernet in my house has never worked on the Humax box properly as it is always cutting out which doesn't happen on the Arris DCX960) has not changed the faults. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
