Why is the phone support so bad? 4 calls all ended as soon as I was switched to a member of the team.
My 360 box has a fault, it is in a constant reboot loop. I get a download symbol occasionally then it restarts to the welcome screen, stays there for a couple of minutes and restarts again, then again, and again. every seven of eight attempts it pops up the download icon. Judging by the sounds it making I am guessing the hard drive is knackered.
Any one help?

It should be possible to get it up and running again by turning off the 360 at the switch on the back of the box; then on the 360 box hold down both the standby/power button and the - (minus) button at the same time. Then turn on the 360 again whilst keeping hold of those buttons for a further 30 seconds.
If the above doesn't work then use the same method, but substitute the minus (-) button for the + (plus) button.
There is also the 'three fingered salute'
Turn off the 360 at the switch on the back of the box; then on the 360 box hold down the standby/power button and the + (plus) and - (minus) buttons at the same time. Then keeping all three buttons pressed down you should switch the box back on using the switch on the back of the box.
