Tv 360 as got broadband connection issues

Just got tv 360 installed this afternoon and checking on service status it states your tv box as got broadband connection issues but I'm.not at home to check it I've ran a test on Google it does state your 360 Box  may be experiencing broadband connection issues from Jonathan ill check it tonight to see if any errors pop up

  • Just ran a test on service status under test your equipment it still shows tv box is having issues with broadband connection warning ⚠️ sign

      Is it only your 360 box that is having a problem or all devices.

      If it's only your 360 box how is it connected to your hub ethernet cable or wi-fi, if it's ethernet cable try a different cable if you have one, if you don't remove the cable and try connecting by wi-fi.

      You can also try calling 0800 561 0061 for a more localised check on your service status.

        My dad dealt with it I wasn't available so i don't know how it's connected if it's ethernet or WiFi 

  • I' have checked it its connected to ethernet doesn't show any signs of it being faulty the engineer did check everything and it seems good no fault but the service status on test equipment says it was showing signs but it does seem fine I think just a mistake it seems
