Tivo upgrade

How long does it take for the replacement 360 box to be received.   We agreed to change on 20 May but after receiving new contract have still not received or heard when the new box will be delivered.

Also we cannot find anywhere on the Virgin site to deal with this problem.

    It's important to understand that this "upgrade" is very different to the Tivo or V6, and is irreversible. 

  • Just to add to japitts answer if you are just going from a V6 to 360 software you will receive a new 360 remote and the app to convert should appear either on the Home page or in the apps and games. Once the app is sent to the box it will automatically update after around 5 days if you don't manually select the update but you do need the 360 remote. Does your new contract actually state 360 as opposed to TiVo V6.

      Present box is a Tivo, it's very old but as it kept working we kept it!    Not looking forward to installing the new box when it arrives.
