TiVo to 360 upgrade questions

Just got my package to upgrade from TiVo to 360.  Couple of things I need to understand.

When does the 5 days deadline for setup start? From delivery?

Does the 360 box need the ethernet connection to the hub or can it connect via WiFi? My hub is in a different room.

Do I have to use the hdmi cable provided or can leave the one in I used with my TiVo box.

I was not supplied with a 360 mini box. I think it I'd only need one for a second TV is that true?

Thanks for your help.

Ethernet is always recommended for the TV360 <---> Hub connection, but providing the signal is strong & stable enough, it should suffice. It just means you're introducing all the additional variables of in-home wireless.

The HDMI lead from your existing box should be fine, but be aware that the legacy TiVo (assuming that's what you had, and not a V6) didn't support UHD whereas TV360 does - so the HDMI may be one of the older standards that won't cut it for 2160.

The mini-box is indeed only if you have a second-TV and subscribe to the multiroom service.
