No subtitles accessible on S4C using Virgin 360 all ok on other channels. Why? Explain to me how to access the subtitles or explain why they are not available on Virgin 360 please? Subtitles available on I-pad through the BBC I-player.
Just say subtitles into the remote or press the three dots context button to get the options
I have two 360 boxes and have just checked channel 164 (S4C) and the currently playing program Heno, Ep53 which has subtitles available (I selected them from the context menu on one box , and using voice control on the other box) and the subtitles are showing onscreen on both boxes.
As I don’t have a V360, I don’t know where this is in the menu system, but there are many programmes that carry subtitles in both English & Welsh. On the V6, you had to select which language (the default was Welsh) to the English versions.
