Been having problems since yesterday with Sky Sports UHD channels keep pixellating. Sometimes, they'd kind of go all streaky. Was happening on and off all day watching the cricket (on Main Event UHD and Cricket UHD), then again on the Football UHD channel on the evening. Didn't see it on any other channel. Same thing happening this morning on Main Event UHD when watching the cricket. Switched to the HD version and the picture is fine. Anybody else seeing this on V6 or is it just TV360?

Hi Smevster That is easily remedied by yourself.Click on the dropdown menu icon in the top right hand corner of the post you marked, and in the dropdown screen click on Not a helpful answer (screenshot below)To me instead of the icon you clicked on saying, 'Mark as Helpful Answer' it should be replaced with, 'Marked as Solved'You can always give Roy kudo's instead. When you give kudos to a message, you are giving a thumbs-up for good content ( similar to a Facebook 'like') or for being helpful.unmark as helpful

Can you identify where the problem is and then we can get an engineer out to you. They will check if your router is near your fridge and if you have any trees outside your house. Can you make sure your connected via an ethernet cable and place your television on the roof of your car and lick next doors pebbledash.

I have issues with TNT Sports HD channels and on BBC Red Button on Saturday. So it can't be just a Sky issue. Although it is worse and more frequent on the Sky Sports UHD channels.

So I've I finally bitten the bullet and decided to leave Virgin Media.Next week I will be a Sky Stream customer. I will monitor the pixelation on the Sky Sports UHD and report back to tell you all if it's better, worse or the same.

Hi Smevster Sorry to see you are having pixelation issues on SKY Sports UHD channels.You've probably already done this, but make sure all your cabling is tight and free from any kinks, staples etc, especially the white coaxial cable as that can cause pixelation problems. Also check your HDMI cable is properly seated, and if po9ssible try another HDMI cable and/or socket.Also have you used the /check-services/ function? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there. If nothing is showing you could also try the automated Service Status number 0800 561 0061. This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.The only two full time Sky Sports UHD channels are Sky Sports Main Event UHD and Sky Sports F1 UHD.The other two Sky Sports UHD channels are part time and thus named Sky Sports UHD 1 and Sky Sports UHD 2 and when they are on they will broadcast a UHD version of any of the normal Sky Sports channels. It looks like the Sky Sports UHD 2 channel has been broadcasting a simulcast of the Sky Sports Cricket channel (504) in UHDThe channels are broadcast in muxes, rather like the way Freeview channels are set up, and so the Sky Sports UHD channels aren't all grouped together.Sky Sports UHD 2 (the one the Cricket UHD is currently on) is in the same mux as all of the FAST channels (no other normal broadcast channels are on this mux) but I would expect all of those FAST channels to be affected too if it's a signal issue.Sky Sports Main Event UHD is on the same mux as Blaze, Comedy Central Extra, That's Memories, Nick Spongebob, Nick+1, and Nick Jr PAW Patrol. Again if it was a signal issue I would expect those other channels on that mux to be affected.The EFL Football in UHD was broadcast on Sky Sports UHD 1. That channel is on the same mux as Movies 24, Movies 24+, Quest Red, Food Network, SONY MAX2, QVC Extra and QVC Beauty. Again if it was a signal issue I would expect those other channels on that mux to be affected.

So I've I finally bitten the bullet and decided to leave Virgin Media.

Have the issues been solved now? I watched City-Spurs on SkySports UHD Main Event and no issues at all.

  Last contact I had with the forum team after supplying times in games it was happening was the following;
  " Just to let you know the team have confirmed that we are no aware of a wider issue effecting Sky Sports UHD and we are currently looking into to resolving this now. We will update the public forum when we have an update available, they team have also used your examples as given in the last message so thank you very much for passing this on. "
  That was 2 weeks ago maybe they are waiting to see if they have done something to see what the response is.
  Great result for Spurs, unless you are a City fan.

So it's been about 5 days since I've had Sky Stream, and as promised I'm reporting back with my pixelation report.
So admittedly I only have a match and a half plus a Grand Prix to compare, but I have to say I haven't seen any pixelation at all.
The interactive services which you don't also make the watch the game much more enjoyable.
It's also worth mentioning the picture quality, although the UHD content on Sky Stream is only slightly better the HD content across all channels is a much better.
Sky Stream also allows you to watch Sky Box sets in HDR10 which isn't available on VM.

It's back again on TNT this week. Rangers v Spurs tonight has had the pixelation on and off since the start of the UHD broadcast.
