Sky sports UHD

Hi, I upgraded my contract and am happy with what I have, I went into my account and seen that I could upgrade sky sports to UHD for ยฃ1.93 per month, so I did this online and stated would be activated in 6th `September. That date has since been and gone and still no UHD, I have went back into my account and the offer is still there and now states 7 to 10 days, could someone please check if this will go through, or better still activate it sooner and the agreed price of ยฃ1.93 extra per month.

    In light of the current price increase would it be possible to remove the sky sports uhd from my account and revert back to the original contract before it was added, I know itโ€™s only a couple quid but all adds up.

      Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. You would be able to remove Sky sports UHD from your package and revert to the price that you were paying before, please give the team a call on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 opt 1, 4 and 4 again, this will get you through to the contracts team who will be able to look into this further for you.

      I wonder if VM management have realised yet, that put up your prices relentlessly every year, and customers simply downgrade services or leave.
