Sky On Demand Ultra HD (TV Shows)

I recently joined VM and have the Mega TV pack and Sky Sports. I also added Sky Sports UHD.

In the on demand "TV Shows > Channels" section, there's a "Sky On Demand Ultra HD" channel, but shows in this section are asking me to subscribe to watch. Clicking on subscribe just tells me it isn't available.

Can anyone tell me what I need to subscribe to to get Sky on demand TV shows in Ultra HD, and how much extra this costs?

  • I would give Virgin a call on 150 and select the leaving option, I think there is also a making changes to your package option (there used to be).

It was £7 a month for either Sky Sports UHD and Sky Cinema UHD or you could bundle them together for £10 a month.

  • Hi Paul-LFC,

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

Sky Sports UHD is separate to the other UHD content.

You'd need to subscribe to that also please to be able to view that content.

You should be able to add this via your TV set top box or your online account here

If not, please contact the team and they can add this also.

You can call: 150 (free of charge) from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone
    WhatsApp messenger: +44 7803 089 684
