sky cricket pixillating yet again & only channel 504

Why is Ch 504 pixilating & getting channel fail code ?

Yes I have rebooted

Yes cables are firmly connected

There are no other electronics close to interfere

When cricket available on ch 501 this does not happen

If you give the excuse about channels banded together if there was a fault it would effect all in that band width, How about moving the frequency seeing as how VM had had this fault for years

    Which TV box are you using?

    What is the actual channel fail code ? ie CS2000, CS2005, CS2017, W02, S322 etc

    If you have a tivo, V6  or 360 box then the picture below shows the channels on the same mux as Sky Sports Cricket.   Are the ones that you can receive out of those listed also affected? (This doesn't apply to Stream boxes as the channels are supplied over the internet)

    Have you used the /check-services/   function to check for problems in your area? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there. 

    If nothing is showing  you could also try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

      Prem Rugby - N/A

      TLC - No

      Sony TV - N/A

      France 24 - Yes

      Zee Cinema - N/A

        Sorry to hear of the channel issues experienced, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.

         

        It seems strange this is impacting certain channels, are any other of the Sky Sports channels impacted? We have help here for 360 users, do you have other set top boxes in the property experiencing the same issue?

    I've not had this fault on my V6 "for years", just to provide some balance.
