Sky catch up UHD
I spoke to an advisor to sign up to receive this but when I try to watch in UHD it invites me to subscribe then when I try it says speak to an advisor. Are we unable to access sky channels such as sky witness in uhd?

The actual channels aren't available in UHD - it's just certain programs and series via the Catch Up service. (TV Shows > Channels > Sky On Demand Ultra HD)
Do you subscribe to Sky Cinema because as far as I know it isn't available without that add on too?
If the UHD asset has been added it should appear under your contract as Sky Entertainment and Cinema Ultra HD
I have cinema uhd, I wanted to get things like gangs of London etc
There are 3 series of Gangs of London availoable (25 episodes) via TV Shows > Channels > Sky On Demand Ultra HD
Thanks but when I click on the uhd option I get a subscribe link instead of play
Unlike Sky Cinema UHD, Sky Witness UHD is not available from Virgin Media but Sky Witness HD is available as a live channel.
