Re: V360 - Watchlist no longer shown

Hi all,

On V360 we've created a few profiles for our household (3 individuals, a family one and a parental one) and we've set some Watchlists for each.

On the TV go app, each of the Watchlists are visible when switching profiles.

However, when switching profiles on the TV and viewing the Home menu, each profile has a different structure to the Home Page, some of them are not showing Watchlists, but some are.

Am I missing a config somewhere?

    I have a similar problem, my Watchlist has completely disappeared and also the continue watching option. The home page seems a different layout too.

      It's possibly a regional issue, or build version issue, or both.

      I'm in the Teesside region (Middlesbrough) and my 360 and Stream boxes are running version 5.22.  (Settings > Info >  What's new in version 5.22?)

      Continue watching has dissappeared from my screens. I have no programs currently showing in My Watchlists on any of my set top boxes (Stream & 360) or TVGo apps on android devices, however My watchlist is visible when using the browser version on my PC https://virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/

      It's possible that your set top box has been updated to version 5.23. Have the text headings (maybe a new font and slightly smaller font size being used) changed in the navigational bar at the top of the screen?

      The Horizon software which the Stream and 360 boxes run on are used by Liberty Global (VM's owners) in the rest of Europe.  The Dutch boxes are being updated to version 5.23 which includes a few cosmetic changes such as different fonts - see <Here> which might be the same as the different layout that you've noticed  We don't always have the same changes/options available so these changes may  or may not be applied to VM's 360 and Stream boxes.

        Thank you for your reply. I have accessed my Watchlist using the ' voice control ' option but still have no visibility of it on the home page. I will check the software version to see if it's been updated recently.

    Following as I have the same issues on all boxes. Version 5.22

    No watch list or continue watching.

    Do these updates get tested before rolling out? 🤔😡
