Re: Upgrade to 360 not happening

Hi, ordered the free 360 Remote Control last Tuesday.   Remote arrived on Friday.   No "Install Now " app .    Have rebooted box 3/4 times and no change.  When I click on 360 "Upgade Now"  all I get is  Thanks for your order , "app should be loaded within 7 days."    I've got a Tivo box , is this the issue or  should it be a new 360 box ?  Please advise

    Hi Bullitt68

    You mention that you have a tivo box. Tivo boxes can't be migrated to TV360, however the newer V6 boxes can be migrated.   You need to confirm which TV set top box  ou have, either tivo or V6

      Hi ,  thanks  for your reply.  I've just checked.  It's a Tivo V6 box.
