Sorry to hear you are having some issues with your TV service. We appreciate this must be frustrating!
When did you last do a full reboot on the box? Turning it off at the switch, and then back on again? If you can please try doing this and let us know if the issues still persist! It may be that there's some updates which need to complete. We can then run some further troubleshooting if needed.
