Re: Remote no longer listens to voice commands

Not sure if the fault is at our end or virgin end but the voice control function has stopped working this morning. New batteries, reset and all the advice from virgin tried and failed. New remote ordered but I think this may be a bug from virgin end.

    Mine also. Not just with the 360 box but also with the stream box in another room. I have tried all the suggested solutions but with no luck.
