Re: Adding multiroom affect on contract?

Hello

Could one of the Forum Team please get in touch regarding either adding Multiroom to my current TV package or booking an engineer to simply move my router and 360 box upstairs without getting multiroom?

I've seen/experienced contradictory advice on what can or can't be ordered online regarding contracts etc. so if one of the Forum Team could drop me a Private Message to see what I can do online that would be great.

    If you're wanting to add additional boxes, package changes aren't something we do via this forum. But you can speak to the team on 150/ 0345 454 1111 and this can be arranged.

    If you do want to look at moving an existing equipment, there is a £25 charge for this and we can pop you over a private message to arrange, just let us know.
