I also get the error ordered my remote thru phone assured  me the new remote would complete the job well I can tell it has not

    Thanks for your post. 
    Sorry to hear about the issue with your upgrade to the 360 box not going as expected.
    I’d like to investigate this for you and get you all set up.
    If you don't mind, I’ll need to send you a private message to pass security. 
    If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.
