We've just updated our Virgin Media to Virgin TV 360 today and found that the Plex app isn't available.
If anyone from Virgin monitors these discussions I'd like to point out that this is, almost, a 'deal breaker' for me as I stream movies from my computer in another room directly to my TV and now I can't.
I will now be looking for another TV subscription service that will allow me to use Plex.

AFAIK the Horizon 360 software is not under VM UK’s control as it’s part of Liberty Global. I doubt if they will include Plex anytime soon.
This will almost certainly be a software licensing issue. Liberty want to have total control of their boxes without having to pay anyone else, the same reason they dropped the V6.
What have you been using thus far to access Plex?
Have you seen VM advertise access to Plex somewhere?
I don't expect any one whose business model is supplying TV channels will include Plex. It is though available on most TV's, I've an LG with it, and most streaming boxes including Fire TV Stick and Apple TV's box. If it isn't on your TV one of the above boxes or similar is a one off price.
How did you stream Plex to your TV before you updated to the VM 360?
Doesn't your TV have the Plex app?
Plex isn't available on Sky, BT, or EE TV set top boxes either.
