Pixelation issues.

We have two v360 boxes in the property and are getting very bad pixelation on BBC One and a few other channels.

Could someone arrange an engineer to check signal levels etc.

Thanks

Have you used the /check-services/ function to check for problems in your area? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.

If nothing is showing  you could also try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This is generally  better  as it gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

As an interim measure, are the BBC1 national variations (England/Scotland/Wales/NI in EPG 861-865) similarly affected? They're carried on different frequencies to your regional feed on Ch101

If both boxes are affected, it would point at an external issue.

This problem is almost certainly caused by RF impairment and, in many cases, it's in the home. Check that all connectors from the boxes to the wall socket are secure. If connectors are good and there is still a problem, see if you can remove the cable from the splitter and connect it to a box. If none of this helps report the fault for a tech to attend.
