Paramount+ not loading up!

Hi,

When clicking on paramount+ it doesn’t even load, it’s just a black screen, could someone help?

      Good to see you've fixed the problem. For the benefit of other users who may come on this forum wanting help with a similar problem... what was the fix?

        Virgin media must have fixed it as when you click on it now, it’s fine.
