Paramount + doesn’t seem to be loading - it’s just a black screen.
I’ve turned the box off/on and restarted the router etc, but same thing happens.
Can access via phone app, so Paramount itself is not the issue.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Please could you try to turn your box off at the wall socket or unplug and plug it back in? This can sometimes refresh your box and resolve the issues that you're experiencing.
