I have had issues now for a couple of weeks on and off with programs on demand mainly on sky witness picture pixelating then error codes basically saying not available try later this is becoming annoying paying for a service that never works .

tv 360 everything we are trying to watch on demand from friday when all of virgin was down is pixelating and other demand come up with code cs2511 trying to get to speak to a real person at virgin is impossible done all, the reboots still no joy
