No TV because of waiting for IT ticket
I've had the worst experience with virgin than I've ever had with any other company.2 weeks ago virgin suddenly took away my kids channels after 2 weeks with no notice. After a angry phonecall was told was never put in my contract even tho it was agreed on the phone and I had received them. But after threatening to leave I was given a new contract with them on. The new channels never came tho and a engineer was arriving a week later to sort them. He could not get them to work so put in a new recording box. The problem got worse when it wouldn't load after a hour and a was told there is a hit delay and it could work any time in the next 24 hours. After 4 days another technician came and told me there is nothing I can do to this hit delay came through after they raised a ticket which could take another week or so. I've had no TV in my living room for 5 days through no fault of my own and virgin don't give a damn.
