After 2 hours of experimenting today:
1. When I turn on the TV the TV speaker sound is played for a few seconds, then it flicks a bit before silence...
2. Messing around with the settings in the 360 settings menu seems to have no affect.
3. In the TV menu, if I manually change the audio output from HDMI output to TV speakers and back again, the sound bar starts to work.
4. The red button on the 30 remote is working fine, I can hear the soundbar boombox humming when it turns on.
Hi barra733 👋.
Thanks for reaching out to us, sorry to hear that you are having sound issues. Just to clarify the setup is HDMI from soundbar to TV HDMI (ARC), then another HDMI in available TV slots to the TV 360 box that you have. The sound settings on your TV should be output HDMI/ARC, should you still have no sound please let us know.

Yes, Soundbar HDMI to TV HDMI (ARC). TV sound output is set to HDMI ARC. Can get it to work by 'forcing' it in the TV settings, by switching between HDMI ARC to TV speakers, and then back to HDMI ARC, it then picks up the soundbar and works. It seems these problems have only occurred since I installed the new 360 box and set up the 'one power' (no problems with the old set up). It seems the 'handshake' between the TV, soundbar and 360 isn't happening correctly, or in the right order.

Thank you for letting us know. Just to confirm, do you get this issue with sound when trying to use TV360 or the issue is consistent with any sound from the TV?
