In what way isn't the netflix app working?
Are you able to sign in?
Is there any error code, and if so what is it?
Does the screen go blank?
Does the playback stutter, or lose sound?
Does it get stuck loading and display a spinning red circle?
A number of netflix problems can be solved by going into Settings > Audio & Video > Match Frame Rate > and changing the 'match frame rate' option to Off if it's On, or to On if it's set to Off.
