no longer able to access a program

Hi. I was able to watch a series from Sky up to yesterday (27.02.25).  This morning (28.02.25) the series is requiring me to subscribe to Sky on Demand. I'm not aware of any change to my contract that would cause this to happen. I'd value any help please. thanks

  • What's the name of the show?  Which channel is/was it on? Max,  Showcase etc

    Most likely cause is that the program has just gone out of the window in which it is available on the standard catch-up service from Sky and is now only available on their On Demand system which I don't believe is included in all packages. That is assuming you are trying to watch On Demand rather than a recording. I would suggest always trying to record where possible to avoid these sort of issues.

      S3 still showing as available on demand though it's Sky Max rather than Showcase

      Hacks season 3 is showing via the on demand search.
