No Apps Loading

Haven’t been able to access any apps all evening. The logos are there, allows you to select them, then just a black screen. Fairly new to VM and app tech as such. Turned on and off a couple of times and nothing. Any tips appreciated:-)

    How is the box connected to the hub, ethernet cable or wi-fi. 

    You can check the connection by going to Settings, System, Diagnostics.

    If that shows everything is OK you could try a factory reset using the keep recordings option.
