New Remote?

I recently ordered a new remote due to mine being faulty. Either I ordered the wrong one or they sent the wrong one. I have tried to order again but it says I have already ordered one and it won't let me go any further. The one I need is larger than some others and has 3 small buttons between the power button and the volumn. Does anyone know how I can contact them by phone or email?

  • Sounds like you wanted a V6 remote and have received a 360 remote, you can check in the link below.

    You can either call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.
