Hi, new here please bear with me! 😂 I’m trying to setup my bb and tv. Unfortunately my tv is in the opposite corner from the wall socket and the cables supplied are not long enough is there anything I can do please?! Can I get an extension?

I assume you are using a Quick Start pack. This is only suitable if you want the Hub & TV box placed next to eachother. In all other scenarios you should opt for a technician install & they will do all the wiring alterations & check signal levels are correct.
Give the pre-install team a call on 0800 052 1734 & explain the situation. They will arrange for a technician visit to resolve the issue at no further cost.
