New box making whirring noise

Hi, my 360 box was changed due to a faulty hard drive on 28/6/2025 unfortunately the new box is constantly making a whirring noise. Can you help please.

    We're sorry to hear the new box is making a noise. There is a fan located in the box so please ensure the box is in a well ventilated area. 

    Is the box extremely loud or is it just a little more noticeable than your previous box?
