my remote is on it's way

I’ve just received an email today confirming that my remote is on its way. Can someone confirm if I will receive two remotes since I have two V6 boxes connected? Is that possible or fraud!

I had two V6 boxes and when I migrated to the TV360 I received the same email. I received two 360 remotes.
If you have two V6 boxes and are contracted for both V6 boxes then two 360 remotes will be sent out.

I am so sorry for any confusion caused and a big thank you to newapollo for their help here. You should receive two remotes for each box to be migrated, if you do face any issues though please do let us know and we will be happy to take a look.
