Multiple houses with CS2004 issue

My downstairs TV gave the error CS2004 when trying to tune into a channel, so I tried on a second box in the house and it also has the issue. As I was going through the troubleshooting my neighbour from across the street called on the mobile to say they were getting the same - however the support agent told them that everyone was fine and nobody else was having issues.

How do we tell them they are wrong??

    It will be interesting to see if this magically fixes itself when the temperature drops. Extreme heat can cause signal levels to go temporarily out of spec, leading to lost channels. Usually if a cabinet overheats it will trigger a network alarm. But individual connections are not monitored, so if several of these go out of spec in hot weather it is not detectable at VMs end.

      thanks, we are not receiving any channels in the 3 properties - never had weather affecting it before, hopefully it will sort out when the sun sets
