Move TV in the house

Could someone advise what options to select when you call Virgin to book an engineer to come to the house as we want to move the position of the TV in the house and require new cables.

I pressed 2 then just got sent round and round in loops trying to identify issues with my TV that didn't exist.

    Just wait here a day or two for a CM Mod to pick this up and discuss.  The standard fee for non fault call-out is £25.
