Mini box not recording properly
Mini box in study is not recording properly. It starts and stops the recording. This has happened over a period of time, sometimes ok. Main 365 box is fine

The mini boxes do not have a recording capability. They just instruct the main (double height) box to make the recording on its hard disk, which you can then stream back to the mini box.
Ok. The main box is recording ok. But when you try to watch same recording on mini box, it is starting and stopping and jumping.
How is the mini box connected to the hub, if it's wi-fi can you try an ethernet cable to see if it makes any difference. If you are using wi-fi if you are connected using the 5g band try using the 2.4g band not as fast but a stronger signal.
The mini box can only buffer around 3 minutes because it has no hard drive, you need to make sure your main box is set to fast start or active start and then set it to record and the recording will be on the the main box.
