Keep getting this error TM4/15/10-0-100155

Keep getting this error message when trying to upgrade to 360.

  • Same issue for me as well. Tried the chat line - put through to what’s app help eventually but received no reply from anyone.

      Sorry to hear you're also experiencing issues with your TV service, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.

       

      In regards to the issue, can we ask you to reboot the box and try again please? There was a 'request' from July open which we have now closed and this will hopefully resolve the issue.
