Just tried to upgrade to tv 360, all I get is an error message

“we couldn’t process your order” (TM4/15/10-0-100155) what do I do next, we seem to be unable to access some of the sports channels we usually get.

  • same with me.  The referred to chatbot with irrelevant options and you just want to talk to someone.  It went through to WhatsApp and got bored of saying hi with no response.  Not even convinced it’s worth it losing all season links and recordings.  Is it an upgrade?
