Just set up my virgin 360 box, the most very annoying part with it is the most stupid mini screen

Who designs the software for these 360 boxes? the worst and most annoying mini screen it's absolutely pathetic and completely useless information ever, bloody annoying do something about it and listen to your customers I don't think not one person likes this at all why have it there in the first place? You can easily change this either remove it completely as it's pointless and very irritating or let the customers choose to either turn it on or off in the settings, this can be done by your tech people, do something about it please.

  • I don't find it as bad as you are making it, you can keep an eye on what you are watching when you are looking for something else, or maybe I am just capable of blocking it out so it doesn't annoy me.

TV360 is VM-UK's marketing name for Horizon, which is Liberty Global's in-house TV software. All of LG's subsidiary companies, VM-UK included, now only offer this software for new customers.

As the old saying goes, “You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time”.

Personally I'm pleased that I can see/continue to watch a program whilst checking the Home screen or EPG, and to me it would be a retrogade step if it wasn't there, although I agree it would be a good idea if users had the option to turn off that function if they aren't happy with it.

I rarely use the home screen and having just checked it the only thing I find a bit annoying is that the audio is not automatically muted.
