Just received my V360 box but unable to set it up.
My V360 box arrived today but no isolator cable included plus the new cables are push on and the connector on my Hub 3 is a screw fitting. How much would it cost for an engineer installation. ??
I think the push on connector will fit the screw on connector it should go over the thread.
If you want an engineer and it's a new installation then it should be free, there is a £25 charge for relocating equipment.
Give Virgin a call on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.
When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.
