CS1011 is a failed firmware update. The forum staff here may be able to help, & will respond in a day or two. If they cannot fix remotely the box will have to be replaced.

CS1011 is an account retreival error because the box hasn't been fully set up on VM's systems yet,
Have you responded to the offer of speaking via PM with forum staff Gareth_L on your original thread <here> ?
If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox for the PM.
Or if you are on a mobile/tablet device then click on the little circle icon in the top right and then select 'Messages'.
