CS1011 error

Hi, I recently amended my TV package to include an additional streaming box, unfortunately this has caused both my existing virgin 360 and my streaming box displaying a CS1011 error, resulting in us having no TV over Christmas on either box. I have had two separate engineers visit, both stating my account is incorrect and customer services need to resolve the issue by amending the service id on my account.  I have once again spent 3 hours on the phone to various customer services representatives today, who state  i cannot have a 360 box and a streaming box , whereas both engineers have said I can. Please can you resolve the CS1011 error on my account and allow me to watch tv on my 360 and streaming boxes. Kind Regards

    The CS reps are wrong to say that cannot have a 360 box and a streaming box. CS simply must pass this problem to Level 2 support to fix it by doing a service ID rebuild.
