Error CS1011

I keep receiving error CS1011 when trying to set up my Virgin stream box. I also can't seem to login the Virgin connect app because it says my account is "closed or inactive". My account also isn't showing my bills. It's a new install so I gave it a day to sort itself out but its still not working

  • A CS1011 code means the stream puck can't connect to the internet. However, because you also can't log in to the VM Connect app, this may mean a deeper problem with your account. I'd suggest calling the VM activation number – 0800 953 9500.

    Your account hasn't been set up correctly.

    You need to call Vm, 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
