I have TV 360 box but no new channels have factory reset states loading updates but still no new channels

What new channels are you looking for?

You don’t have to reset the box to get new channels. They are normally set up as part of the overnight updates. If you are missing channels you should have, there could be several reasons:

1) Signal problems. This will give error messages on the missing channels.

2) If the channels are “greyed out” on the guide it is a provisioning error on the box or your account. Only Customer Services will be able to fix this.
