The best way is to call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and select the "leaving option" and speak to retentions who will make the changes to your contract and organise an installation because you will need a coax connection installing for the mini box.

Some agents say - incorrectly - that the mini box does not need coaxial cable. You will need a manned installation as the cable has to be split (so it's free), and you'll also need a connection to the hub (Ethernet cable is best).
