Headphone socket not working

Hi All,

My headphone socket isn't working on my box.

I thought it was my headphones as I have not used them for a while but they are still working.

I am not sure if this is since I upgraded to 360 as I can't remember when I last used the headphones.

Any ideas?

    Hey LastResortMan, thank you for reaching ot and we are so sorry to hear your headphone socket isn't working.

    Can you confirm if you have tried a different pair of headphones? 

    Do you get any interference or any audio such as buzzing etc coming through them?
