Maybe it was Hard Drive Failure: The green screen with the message “DVR has detected a serious problem” indicates that your hard drive has failed. You’ll need a tech visit to replace your box with a new one.
The green "DVR has detected an error" screen error message indicates hard drive failure which can't be repaired.
Report your fault, a tech visit should be arranged, and your box replaced.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your TV box, I have looked into this and can see that you had a technician visit booked in, is everything now okay after the visit?
