Flickering black screen

Hi, 

Did you get any solutions for the flickering issue?

Everytime I turn my TV on, it flickers. The only way to stop it is to turn the tv off and then on again. Doesnt happen on anything else, just virgin. Tried all the HDMI ports and it happens on them all. Also checked the other connections from the box, still happens. 

I also lose sync with the sound and picture, which is strange.

Just wondering if you've managed to get a solution as your issue sound similar to mine.

    Hey, 

    None of the suggestions from the CS team worked so had an engineer out to try and diagnose. As it’s intermittent it was a case of eliminating likely causes but in the end we were given a new box. The one we had was 6 years old and had the software upgrade when we switched to TV 360. New box has the updated hardware. Only been a few days but so far so good.

    Worth getting the engineer out in case they here’s something easily fixed, or failing that so you can get a replacement box.
