Faulty 360 box

Hi. I have been trying yo contact virgin media through the phone and whatsapp and only found that I cannot talk to some one who can help.

 

I have 2 x 360 tv boxes and one of them was freezing so I powered down the box and now it is not even powering up. I know the power cord works because I swapped around the boxes to confirm

can anyone help with this issue because I really don't want to go through the phone ai debacle and not talk to a human

  • When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to speak to someone.

    The other option is wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.

      I am correct in  assuming the phone number is 0345 454 1111. or is the another number I can call?

        You can either call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.
