Error upgrading my V6 box to 360
Just tried to upgrade my V6 box to 360 and i got "Upgrade failed. Sorry the installation hasnt worked. Please come back later and try again. (error MA1/4/11)
what does this mean?

Same with me. error MA1/4/11. Tells me to come back and try again later. Did that. Still never worked!!
Have you been given the Virgin 360 remote?
The conversation from V6 to 360 will only work if you have the correct remote.
Yes i have the remote.... i left the box unplugged overnight and when i got home from work today i tried it again and it updated fine.
Glad it's sorted, I hope you like the 360 format.
It gets alot of bad press on here but I really like it, it's different and takes getting used to.
